My work is dedicated to improving forest health through research and management of emergent epiphytotics in wildland, peri-urban, and urban forests. I work in interdisciplinary teams of researchers and stakeholders to respond to various invasive pathogens while advancing the field of forest pathology through theoretical and novel technical applications in epidemiology and microbiome research.
