I'm an ecologist who straddles different fields, from watershed science to fisheries science, ecosystem ecology to ecological economics...and I like to collaborate with physicists.

My research interests are fairly broad. Geographically, I've focused mostly in the Hudson River watershed and Baltic Sea, but also have had the great fortune to work in the Grand Canyon and engage in Amazonian studies, to name a couple of other places.
