I'm focused using an interdisciplinary approach to address contemporary environmental problems in the water environment, including stormwater engineering, water quality and sustainable materials management.

Research Interests:

  • Ecological Engineering (environmental soil physics, modeling, phytotechnology)
  • Sustainable Materials Management (recycling, composting, reclamation of waste disposal sites)
  • Stormwater Engineering (green infrastructure such as bioretention, green roof, biofiltration for nutrient treatment)
